From sauces to soups to sides: our expansive infrastructure and diverse skills enable us to meet your demands. Our chefs work together with your team according to the set recipes, procedures and hygiene regulations.
Gastronomics has established and introduced a process-orientated system of quality management. We have also developed an HACCP system which satisfies the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius. Using this system of management, our food technicians regularly test products for quality and food safety. Compliance with the latter is certified by ISO 9001:2008 and FSSC 22000 respectively.
To adhere to delivery schedules and to ensure a high level of flexibility, we make use of a proven logistics system. Once ordered, our products are readied for transportation and delivered either in our own refrigerated vehicles or by our external logistics partners. Because we strongly believe in acting in the interests of the environment, we adopt ecologically sustainable delivery patterns and work with reusable containers wherever possible.
